Living Heritage show, Sandringham, 13 – 14th September 2025

Our first official Meet the Breed event took place at the Rare and Imported Dogs display of the Sandringham Game and Country Show. Our publicity materials arriving too late and rain stopping play particularly on Sunday did not dampen the energy and enthusiasm of our members. Our Mudis – Kiralytanya Fury, Baratpataki Buda (Janos), Baratpataki Gida and rescue Freddie worked tirelessly all weekend with impeccable manners and charm. They were well supported by Sarfeher Bugac (Nox) on Saturday and Regerastace Firecracker (Tuzel) on Sunday. Due to the great support, we all managed to sample the rest of the show’s attractions and learn more about the other dog breeds. Saturday ended with a social gathering around the BBQ, before the dogs told us it was time for bed. On both days we introduced our breed during the breed parades, displays and uncounted conversations with the visiting public.

Thank you to Sam Davies, Steve and Gill Watton, Chris and Dorit Powell, Hannah Lake-Jones & family and Lynn Graham for your time, effort and great humour, making this a memorable weekend.

MUDI PAWS and MUDDY BOOTS – Hungarian Mudi Walking Meetings Around the UK

NOTE: this is a private Facebook group. to join you have to live in the UK and own at least one Mudi. We will advertise our walks here and showcase some of the photos.
